IMPACT is held at the Kerstenterrein in Eerbeek. Note: the terrain does not have an official address, but you can use Stuijvenburchstraat 153 as a reference point. The terrain is located next to number 153. The event starts at 7:00 PM and ends at 1:00 AM. Doors open at 7:00 PM, and entry is open all evening.
At IMPACT 2025, we enforce a minimum entry age of 16 years. Identification in the form of a valid ID card, passport, or driver’s license is required. To gain access to the event, you must be at least 16 years old on the day of the event. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Safety and compliance with age requirements are our top priority.

At IMPACT, we use the Tactile payment system. Upon entry, you’ll receive a wristband with a QR code that allows you to make payments at the bar cash points. You can top up your balance online or on-site at the cash desks using cash or card.
Earplugs are available at the bar during the festival. Don’t forget to give your ears a break now and then! Your hearing is precious, so protect it to enjoy many festivals in the future.

When topping up, don’t worry about adding too much! Any remaining balance will be automatically refunded after the event. Therefore, we recommend adding sufficient funds to your account so you can keep partying, even if your phone runs out of battery or you lose your bank card!

No worries if your phone dies during IMPACT. We’ve planned for this situation! There are special top-up points at the event site where you can check and add to your balance.
Additionally, you can visit the information desk or approach one of our staff members on-site who will gladly help you top up your wristband. This way, we ensure you’re always able to pay for your food and drinks, even if your phone is dead.
First of all, don’t worry! Your balance is linked to your account and remains intact if you lose your wristband. If you’ve lost it, it’s wise to block it as soon as possible by going to: https://yh-events.tactile.events.
Then, head to the information desk where you can get a new wristband.
No worries! At the end of IMPACT, any remaining balance will be automatically refunded to you.

IMPACT has opted for Tactile’s cashless payment system. This choice was made because the system works much faster than card transactions or using tokens or coins—you’ll get your drinks at the bar even faster. Additionally, the system continues to work during internet or power outages.

Your account is used for multiple purposes during IMPACT. You’ll use your account for access control and for email communication about the event. We also store your transactions for the financial administration of the event and to automatically refund your balance.
